How to Apply

Admission Procedure & Requirements

A simple four-step process to enroll your child at Sweta Sadan.

STEP 01

Inquiry & Form

Visit the school office at Samakhushi Chowk to collect the admission form, or contact us for details.

STEP 02

Submit Documents

Submit the completed form with the child's birth certificate, recent photographs, and previous school records.

STEP 03

Interaction

An interaction session with the child and parents/guardians to understand the child's needs and aspirations.

STEP 04

Enrollment

On selection, complete the fee payment and finalize enrollment to welcome your child to Sweta Sadan.

Uniform Chart

As we know that uniform is the dominant part of discipline. Not only this, it also facilitates to beget the uniformity among the students from different categories and intensities. Subsequently considering as bringing the consistency in the regular uniform, Sweta Sadan has made the strong decision to implement the uniform as given in the chart below.

English is the primary medium of instruction and communication throughout the campus. We maintain a complete English environment to help students build confidence and fluency — essential for higher studies and global careers. Nepali is taught as a compulsory subject as per the national curriculum.
Our Higher Secondary (10+2) programs in Management, Humanities, and Education streams are affiliated to the National Education Board (NEB), Nepal. The +2 Hotel Management stream is also NEB-affiliated. Upon successful completion, students receive the nationally recognized NEB +2 certificate.
We offer a rich variety of extra-curricular activities including Scouts, Martial Arts, Basketball, Volleyball, Dance, Music, and many other games. We also organize field visits 2–3 times a year and an educational tour once every two years to provide real-world learning experiences beyond the classroom.
For SEE candidates (Class 10), we run extra classes from early morning to late evening with a strong focus on practical-based education. Our previous SEE batches have achieved outstanding results, and we continuously strive to improve. Additional remedial classes are available for needy students at no extra cost.
